Disabling ASF in the firmware This driver does not support ASF. If you find that the driver does not load due to ASF being enabled in the firmware, use the following procedure to disable it: 1. Download the BCM57xx User diagnostic from our driver download site at : http://www.broadcom.com/drivers/downloaddrivers.php 2. Create a DOS bootable floppy 3. Unpack the diag zip-file into this floppy 4. Boot to DOS using this floppy 5. Enter "b57udiag -cmd" 6. Enter setasf -d 7. Reboot the system
